Ron Wygal
Partner/General Manager
Ron Wygal's thirty-year tenure includes Engineering Design, Construction Management, and General Construction.
He has been involved with many facets of the construction of highrise, retail, medical, commercial, and office building projects.
He is the company's visionary, business development, and client relations. Mr. Wygal's construction experience includes the state of Texas, California, Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Mexico.
DeLayna McCallum
Finance/Controller
Delayna has recently joined Endurance Development, bringing with her a wealth of experience in bookkeeping and ledger management, spanning 13 years and encompassing both small and large real estate developers.
She is passionate about providing clarity and understanding of financial health and performance.
Delayna serves as Controller for operations both in Texas and South Carolina.
Ruby Hernandez
Accounts Payable
Ms. Hernandez's accounting career spans over thirty years for Fortune 500 corporations. Ruby's role within Endurance serves as Accounts Payable for our Texas operations.
