Partner/General Manager
Ron brings more than 30 years of experience spanning Civil Engineering Design, Commercial Construction, and Real Estate Development. His career combines technical engineering expertise with executive-level construction leadership, client relations, business development, and strategic vision.

Gina Lee Pollitt
Executive Vice President of International Business Development
Gina Pollitt specializes in international business consulting, with a strong emphasis on South Korea and U.S. market expansion. She works with corporations seeking to establish a presence in the United States, whether through expansion, relocation, investment, strategic partnerships, or new business development.
Gina serves as a strategic liaison between international corporations and U.S. business, development, and governmental resources, helping companies identify opportunities, establish relationships, and navigate the early stages of entering the U.S. market.
Supporting Gina’s efforts, Endurance Development provides a comprehensive platform for clients requiring expertise in real estate development, construction, infrastructure, project execution, and corporate introductions. Finance/Controller
Delayna has recently joined Endurance Development, bringing with her a wealth of experience in bookkeeping and ledger management, spanning 13 years and encompassing both small and large real estate developers.
She is passionate about providing clarity and understanding of financial health and performance.
Delayna serves as Controller for operations both in Texas and South Carolina.
